Established in 1963 as a Privately Owned Civil Earthworks Contractor, Kichton Contracting Ltd has provided quality earthworks and general contracting services throughout Western Canada for over 60 years.

We believe that maintaining a fleet of up to date and well-maintained equipment is the key to our success. The Kichton Group is proud to maintain over 80% equipment availability across our fleet which exceeds over 1200 pieces of heavy iron and supporting equipment. We credit this to our extensive fleet management team and our bespoke software platform Kichton developed to provide in-depth preventive maintenance planning that is entirely digitized.
zThe Kichton Group is continually expanding our existing fleet which includes equipment ranging from Rigid Frame and Articulated Haul Trucks, 1500 size Excavators and below, 16M Graders and below, D10 Dozers down to D3 size and everything in-between including Drills and Anchor Rigs making us one of the largest fleets in western Canada. Our extensive equipment fleet is shared across the Kichton Group entities which enables us to resource projects ranging from small to large scale capital expenditure.
